Prof. Kirwan has offices in Manhattan at 800 Fifth Avenue, 56 Harley Street in London, England and 148 East Avenue in Norwalk, Connecticut.
Surgery is performed at the New York Eye & Ear Infirmary, and the Ambulatory Surgery Center at 800 Fifth Avenue in New York City. In Connecticut, Prof. Kirwan operates at Greenwich Hospital and Norwalk Hospital. In London surgery is performed at The Hospital of John & Elizabeth in St. John’s Wood, The Princess Grace Hospital and The London Welbeck Hospital Marylebone. He offers Vaser and Smart Liposuction at the Wimpole Aesthetic Center.
Consultant anesthetists are always on staff and provide anesthesia for all surgical procedures. Patients typically go home the same day as surgery. If necessary, patients may stay at the hospital or a local hotel, with a registered nurse.
Patients from overseas who wish to have their surgery in the U.S.A. will be provided with various options for accommodations in the area during their post-operative recovery.

Dr Kirwan works in conjunction with Dr. Jacobson who provides Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation for his patients. Often patients require corrective surgery such as repair of an abdominal hernia at the time of an abdominoplasty or excision of a skin cancer before reconstruction with a skin flap. In such cases, Dr Kirwan works closely with a General Surgeon or a Moh’s Dermatological Surgeon to achieve the desired result.
