Prof. Kirwan has his out-patient surgical center, the Fairfield County Surgical Center, in Norwalk, Connecticut. He is also Medical Director of the Kirwan Skin Klinic, which offers an extensive range of non-surgical cosmetic procedures.

Fairfield County Surgical Center is certified at the highest level for all types of anesthesia, by the State of Connecticut. Most of the surgery performed by Prof. Kirwan in the U.S.A. takes place at this Center.

Certified anesthetists are on staff and provide anesthesia for all cosmetic surgery procedures. Patients typically go home the same day as surgery. If necessary, patients may stay at the facility with a registered nurse.

Patients from overseas who wish to have their surgery in the U.S.A. will be provided with various options for accommodations in the area during their post-operative recovery.
