Mommy Makeover
The tummy tuck is combined with a breast enlargement, with or without a breast lift. The mons or pubic area, which sits above the labia, between the top of the inner thighs and below the panty line, is lifted. Liposuction can also be added to a lift to reduce any fullness below the panty line. After pregnancy, the mons is usually a broad wide triangle shape instead of the sharp inverted triangle of youth. A tummy-tuck can lift the mons restoring the narrow triangle shape and can also help to lift the inner and outer thighs. A lift with liposuction of the mons is often standard as part of a tummy-tuck.
The fat removed from the hips and thighs can also be re-injected into the buttocks to give a fuller curvier shape or even into the face, to correct volume loss in the cheeks and lips.
